Step 1: Prepare Your Ingredients

Peel the oranges, removing as much of the white pith as possible to avoid bitterness.

Wash and trim the carrots. No need to peel if they’re organic—just scrub well.

Peel the ginger and slice it into smaller pieces for easier juicing.
Step 2: Juice It All Together

If you’re using a juicer:
Feed the carrots, ginger, and oranges through the chute. Alternate between soft and hard ingredients for smooth juicing. -
If you’re using a blender:
Chop everything into smaller chunks. Add 1/2 cup of cold water, then blend until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth for a silky juice.
Step 3: Add a Splash of Lemon (Optional)

Stir in a teaspoon of lemon juice to brighten the flavors.
