Instructions
- Prep Your Veggies: Dice pickles, onions, and tomatoes evenly. Mince the jalapeño and garlic.
- Combine Ingredients: Toss everything into a mixing bowl.
- Add Brine and Lime: Pour in the pickle brine and lime juice.
- Season It: Sprinkle in salt and pepper to your liking.
- Mix Thoroughly: Stir until well combined. Taste and adjust seasoning.
