- 3 fresh peaches, halved and pitted
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cups arugula or mixed greens
- 8 oz burrata cheese
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
- Fresh basil leaves
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brush peaches with olive oil and grill over medium heat, cut-side down, until charred (2-3 mins).
- Arrange greens on a platter. Top with grilled peaches and torn burrata.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and season.
- Garnish with basil. Serve immediately.
