Ingredients

Instructions

Version 1: Classic Crispy Zucchini (No Breading)

  1. Prep zucchini: Wash and cut into rounds or sticks. Pat dry with paper towels.

  2. Season: In a bowl, toss zucchini with oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  3. Preheat air fryer (optional but recommended): Set to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.

  4. Air fry: Place zucchini in a single layer in the basket. Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through.

  5. Serve: Sprinkle with Parmesan if desired and serve immediately with your favorite dip.


Version 2: Breaded Air Fryer Zucchini Fries

 

  1. Set up a breading station:

    • Bowl 1: Flour (or almond flour for keto)

    • Bowl 2: Beaten egg

    • Bowl 3: Breadcrumbs + Parmesan

  2. Coat each zucchini stick:

    • Dredge in flour

    • Dip in egg

    • Roll in breadcrumb mix

  3. Spray lightly with cooking oil to promote crispiness.

  4. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 10–12 minutes, flipping once.
