  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
  • 1/4 cup crushed toffee bits or chopped nuts (optional)
  • Fresh apple slices, for serving

Instructions

  1. Beat the cream cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Mix until well incorporated.
  3. Fold in whipped topping gently to keep the mixture light and airy.
  4. Spread the cheesecake mixture evenly in a shallow serving dish.
  5. Pour caramel sauce over the top, smoothing it out with a spatula.
  6. Sprinkle with toffee bits or nuts if desired.
  7. Serve immediately with apple slices or chill until ready to serve.

Notes

Don’t skip softening the cream cheese. Cold cheese = lumpy dip. Trust me, no one wants that.
