- 1/2 cup caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
- 1/4 cup crushed toffee bits or chopped nuts (optional)
- Fresh apple slices, for serving
Instructions
- Beat the cream cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth and fluffy.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Mix until well incorporated.
- Fold in whipped topping gently to keep the mixture light and airy.
- Spread the cheesecake mixture evenly in a shallow serving dish.
- Pour caramel sauce over the top, smoothing it out with a spatula.
- Sprinkle with toffee bits or nuts if desired.
- Serve immediately with apple slices or chill until ready to serve.
Notes
Don’t skip softening the cream cheese. Cold cheese = lumpy dip. Trust me, no one wants that.
